Resumen – Summary
El objetivo general de TripleA-reno es hacer más atractiva la toma de decisiones en la renovación profunda de edificios con criterios nZE (encaminados al consumo nulo) para los consumidores y usuarios finales de los mismos. Con este fin, se pretende proporcionar información clara, inequívoca y significativa sobre los resultados reales ya probados en materia de energía, calidad del ambiente interior y salud de los usuarios, reforzada por modelos de negocio centrados en el consumidor. TripleA-reno desarrollará una plataforma de gamificación centrada en los usuarios, con la intención de:
1) Fomentar nuevos modelos de negocio centrados en los consumidores y en los usuarios finales, a través de actuaciones cuyos resultados ya hayan sido probados para facilitar la toma de decisiones;
2) Mejorar los resultados de la renovación integral mediante un mejor control de calidad, con el apoyo de un DPC (Desarrollo Profesional Continuo) y una formación específicos;
3) Proporcionar a los consumidores y usuarios finales de las actuaciones de rehabilitación información atractiva, comprensible y personalizada del rendimiento real alcanzado;
4) Demostrar los beneficios y las soluciones en casos reales;
5) Implementar los resultados a escala europea, a través de los distintos agentes implicados en el proyecto.
The overall aim of TripleA-reno is to make acceptation and decision making on deep and nZE renovation attractive for consumers andend-users. This by clear, unambiguous and meaningful information and communication on real, proven performances on energy, Indoor Environmental Quality and personal health in practice, strengthened by consumer centred business models. TripleA-reno will achieve this aim by developing an open end-users centred gamified platform for validation and community building. The objectives are:
1) To foster new consumer and end-user centred business models, using evidence-based performances that facilitate decision-making;
2) Improving performances of deep renovation by enhanced quality control, supported by targeted CPD and training;
3) Providing consumers and end-users of deep renovation projects with attractive, understandable and personalized information of realised real performance;
4) To demonstrate the benefits and evidence-based solutions in live demonstration cases;
5) To roll out the results on a wider European scale by the in Triple A-Reno involved European interest groups and umbrella associations.
