Resumen – Summary
El objetivo general del proyecto es reforzar las capacidades de las administraciones públicas a nivel regional y subregional con el fin de mejorar la EE en stock sus edificios públicos y reducir las emisiones de CO2. Los cambios esperados como consecuencia de SHERPA se pueden medir adecuadamente por medio de los resultados de los proyectos, todo rentable para futuros proyectos de EEB:1. Plan de trabajo para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de EEB 2. Estrategias Regionales EEB que apoyan la implementación PAES 3. Acuerdos Política de EEB regionales y locales y las estructuras de gobierno 4. Sistema de Información Compartida 5. Estrategias de sensibilización del público, incluida la planificación e implementación de capacitaciones específicas en EEB 6. Combinación innovadora y optimización de modelos financieros EEB 7. Plan de Capitalización 8. SHERPA Foro Online Capitalización 9. Capitalización conjunto de herramientas 10. Plan de Acción Conjunto integrando todos los proyectos SHERPA EEB.
The main territorial challenge is to accelerate the implementation of EU Directives 2010/31/EU and 2012/27/EU regarding the existing stock of Mediterranean public buildings, given the specific conditions and difficulties related to EEB projects in the MED area and the associated potential of energy saving.
The project overall objective is to reinforce the capacities of Public Administrations at regional and sub-regional level so as to improve EE in their public buildings’ stock and reduce CO2 emissions.
