OBBeC
Office Building Behaviour Change
The Office Building Behaviour Change project (OBBeC) aims to develop, test and calibrate an innovative behaviour change programme for owners of multi-tenanted office bulidings. The potential for delivering energy and carbon savings through behaviour change is well known. However, a particular challenge occurs in multi-tenanted office buildings, where a split incentive problem often exists between landord and occupant. OBBeC aims to analyse and overcome specific barriers as well as to consider specific needs of both tenants and managers/owners of this type of buildings when implementing a programme to energy behaviour change.
