EEPPA
European Energy Performance of Properties Analysis
EEPPA is a pathfinder project framed on the innovation pillar of Climate KIC, and especially in the The Built Environment Platform. The goal of EEPPA is to analyse the business case and value creation opportunities for the production of a pan European Energy Performance Certificate (EPC, or equivalent) index, which would present and evaluate, at the European scale, the energy performance of properties. This would greatly enhance transparency and understanding of energy efficiency in the built environment across Europe, and provide market knowledge and analysis to the property industry, external investors and other public and private sector stakeholders to drive carbon reduction.
