Resumen – Summary

Nuestro objetivo en Drive0 es acelerar la rehabilitación de edificios mediante la mejora de todo el proceso, haciéndolo más circular y centrado en el usuario, con el fin de conseguir rehabilitaciones más ecológicas, rentables y atractivas para consumidores e inversores. Las fases principales del proyecto son:
1. Benchmarking
El trabajo se iniciará  con un inventario de productos y tecnologías recientes existentes, seguido de una evaluación sobre posibles nuevos usos y el aumento del potencial desarrollo de productos circulares, que reutilicen materiales de otras rehabilitaciones cercanas.
2. Desarrollo conceptual
El siguiente paso tratará de conseguir un desarrollo conceptual en los edificios de referencia utilizados. Para apoyar este proceso, se trabajará en un enfoque de diseño morfológico, ligado a la rehabilitación circular. Esta fase dará soporte a un desarrollo posterior de rehabilitación circular integral.
3. Información atractiva y comprensible
Con el fin de mejorar los procesos de rehabilitación circular es importante entregar una documentación inteligible, a la propiedad  y a los usuarios de los edificios. Así pues uno de los objetivos principales en Drive0 es proporcionar a los interesados de una documentación atractiva y comprensible, que informe del rendimiento total de las mejoras de la rehabilitación, en donde se incluya la eficiencia energética, el confort y la calidad ambiental interior, así como se adjunte las guías y manuales necesarios para su buen entendimiento.
4. Demostración y aplicación
Las fases se demostrarán y validarán en varios proyectos piloto desarrollados en diferentes países europeos: Grecia, Eslovenia, Italia, España, los Países Bajos, Estonia e Irlanda. Cada proyecto representa una mejora para lograr la rehabilitación circular, que incluye los desafíos locales específicos .Se diseñará un plan de acción para cada caso, que será la base para demostrar los conceptos de rehabilitación circular.

Our goal for Drive0 is to contribute to speeding up the deep and circular process by improving a customer centered circular renovation process. We are doing this to make the approach of circular renovations better by making it more environmentally friendly, cost effective and attractive for consumers and investors.
 We want to improve the circular renovation process in 4 main elements and steps:
1. Benchmarking
We will start by making an inventory of recent product and technology developments. With that, we will make an assessment on the usability and potential for a further development to circular products, reusing materials from renovation sites.
2. Concept development
The next step is to come to a concept development for the demonstration buildings. To support this process a morphological design approach for circular renovation will be developed. This will also be supporting the further development of a total circular renovation process.
3. Attractive & understandable information
In order to improve the circular renovation process to be both more attractive and more reliable to owner and occupants. An important objective in Drive0 is to provide home-owners with attractive and understandable information of the total performances of their renovated homes. This includes the monitoring of energy, comfort and IEQ and translating the data into understandable information including guidance and tips.
4. Demonstration & evidence
These steps will be demonstrated and validated in a number of demonstration cases in different European countries: Greece, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Estonia and Ireland. Each case represents an approach to achieve a circular way of renovation, as well as a specific local challenge. A case-specific monitoring action plan will be devised, which will be the basis for the testing of the circular renovation concepts.
