Resumen – Summary
El objetivo final del proyecto ALDREN es combinar, adaptar e implementar los procedimientos ALDREN en otros ya existentes para superar las barreras técnicas, organizativas y financieras y promover la renovación profunda de edificios en toda Europa. Los procedimientos establecidos en el proyecto ALDREN se combinarán en un enfoque de renovación profunda paso a paso, que incluirá desde la recopilación de datos inicial hasta una valoración final real, abarcando los primeros estadios desde la creación de la estrategia de renovación hasta su implementación.
Las excelencias de las soluciones que ofrece ALDREN son:
1) Una clasificación de la eficiencia energética basada en el Sistema Europeo de Certificación Voluntaria (EVCS) y verificada mediante mediciones, para aumentar la comparabilidad, la confianza y la aceptación en el mercado de las soluciones normalizadas (CEN / ISO);
2) Asociar la rehabilitación energética con ambientes interiores de alta calidad para incentivar la rehabilitación y promover la salud y el confort;
3) Alinear el reconocimiento del mercado de la alta calidad con la mejora del valor de la edificación mediante herramientas financieras y la creación de capacidad;
4) Establecer modelos de negocio de renovación profunda para incentivar la inversión privada.
Estas soluciones se integrarán en un pasaporte común del edificio para garantizar los resultados y una financiación eficaz en el caso de una renovación paso a paso.
Por otra parte, la creación de la Alianza ALDREN, compuesta por agentes clave del sector de la rehabilitación, se presenta como un enfoque innovador en la gestión técnica del proyecto y constituirá un medio eficiente para la futura cooperación y comunicación, más allá de la duración del proyecto.
The ultimate objective of the ALDREN project is to combine, adapt and implement ALDREN procedures in existing ones to overcome the technical, organizational and financial market barriers and promoting deep renovation of building European wide. The procedures set up in the ALDREN project will be combined in a step-by-step deep renovation approach, from the collected data to the final actual assessment, from the renovation strategy to its implementation.
The excellences of the ALDREN solutions offered are:
1) A harmonized Energy performance rating based on the European Voluntary Certification Scheme (EVCS) verified by measurements to increase comparability, confidence and market uptake by standardized solutions (CEN / ISO);
2) Associating low energy renovation with high quality indoor environments to trigger renovation and to promote health and comfort;
3) Aligning market recognition of high quality with enhanced building value by financial tools and capacity building.
4) Establishing business case for deep renovation to motivate private investment.
These solutions will be integrated in a building passport to ensure the results and effective financing also in case of step by step renovation.
The creation of the ALDREN Alliance, composed of interested key stakeholders, is introduced as an innovative approach for the project technical work management, which will create an efficient vehicle for future cooperation and communication of stakeholders, beyond the project duration.
